No-Show Policy All appointments are reserved exclusively for each guest. Failure to arrive to a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service total. No-shows impact both the stylist’s time and other clients who could have booked during that window. To maintain the integrity of the schedule and ensure fairness to all clients, this policy is strictly enforced. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
